Through Maribor by horse-drawn carriage You can also go sightseeing in Maribor with a horse and carriage. The tourist ride with a horse-drawn carriage will start and finish near the war monument in the square Trg Svobode and will last approximately 1 hour, except for the Old Vine route, which is just 30 minutes. You can choose the route yourself: Piki’s route: Trg svobode – Slovenska  ulica – Strossmayerjeva  ulica – Orožnova ulica – Slomškov trg – Gledališka ulica – Slovenska ulica – Strossmayerjeva ulica – Koroška cesta – Svetozarevska ulica – Trg svobode Noni’s route: Trg svobode – Partizanska cesta – Prešernova ulica – Tomšičeva ulica – Ribniška ulica – turning at Trije ribniki and back via – Ulica heroja Staneta – Maistrova ulica – Cankarjeva ulica – Partizanska cesta - Trg svobode Old Vine route: Trg svobode – Svetozarevska ulica – Ulica kneza Koclja – Loška ulica - Usnjarska ulica – Old Vine – marketplace –  turning-point – returning via the same route back to the square Trg svobode Park route: Trg svobode – Slovenska ulica – Strossmayerjeva ulica – Mladinska ulica – Trubarjeva ulica – by ŠD Partizan through the park to the music pavilion, past the renovated pond and the Leon Štukelj memorial then to the Aquarium – Ulica heroja Staneta - Maistrova ulica – Cankarjeva ulica – Partizanska ulica – Trg svobode A carriage can seat up to 4 adults. In case of bad weather and high temperatures the rides will be canceled. The price for an approximately 1 hour ride with a horse-drawn carriage is 25 EUR, for approximately 30 minutes 15 EUR.
