Dance of the Fairies

The fountain of the Dance of the Fairies, in front of the building of the bank Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor, was erected in 1997 and is the work of Andrej Gabrovec Gaberij. The sculptures show female figures, which bathe in the morning in drops of flowing water, who refresh themselves at midday in the heat of summer and who to the muttering sound of water go to rest.
