Old Linden tree in Radvanje

The Old Linden tree in Radvanje has a trunk circumference of 585 cm and is 14 m tall.

Knezar's linden tree

At the Knezar farm the large leafed linden tree has a circumference of 872 cm and a height of 17,5 m. It is an important landscape and dendrological sight and belongs among the thickest linden trees in Slovenia.

Beech tree by the Church of St Bolfenk

On the meadow by the Church of St Bolfenk grows a mighty, beech tree that is spreading near the ground with circumferences of individual parts measuring 305, 220, 207, 160 and 125 cm. It is 28 m tall. Due to its position it represents an important landscape element.

Yew tree on the Meranovo estate

By the house at Meranovo grow five yew trees with circumferences measuring 158, 212, 246, 248 and 300 cm. The heights of the trees range from 7 to 13,5 m. They are among the thickest yew trees in Slovenia.

Dolar's chestnut tree in H.Pohorje

This tree has a trunk circumference of 838 cm, and is 22m tall. It belongs among the thickest chestnut trees in Slovenia.

Chestnut tree by the Church of St Bolfenk

The chestnut tree grows on the northerly side of the Church of St Bolfenk. Its trunk has a circumference of 408 cm, and it is 14m tall. It belongs among the thickest chestnut trees and is the highest growing chestnut tree on Pohorje.

Fir tree at Železničarski dom

Close to the asphalt road from Železničarski dom (now Aparthotel Pohorje) towards the upper station of the cable railway grows a big fir tree with a circumference of 315 cm. With a height of 36 m it is one of the tallest fir trees in Slovenia and is an important dendrological element.

The Empress tree in the park in Ulica Pariške komune

In the park in front of a block of flats on the crossroads Ulice Pariške komune and Titove ceste grows a giant Empress tree with a trunk circumference of 415 cm.

Zg. Radvanje plane tree

This 28 m tall plane tree by Radvanje castle with its circumference of 520 cm is one of the thickest plane trees in Slovenia.

Zorko's chestnut tree

The chestnut tree with its trunk circumference of 590 cm is one of the largest trees of its kind in Slovenia and is a dendrological element.

Vermon's chestnut tree

Vermon's chestnut tree in Gaj above Maribor has a trunk circumference of 560 cm.

The plantation of chestnut trees with circumferences of 680, 520 and 520 cm boasts trees that belong among the largest representatives of its kind in Slovenia.

Bresternica yew tree

The Bresternica yew tree is 13 metres tall and has a trunk circumference of 393 cm. It is the third largest tree of its kind. It can be found on Jelovec.

Hauptman's whitebeam tree

Hauptman's whitebeam tree is 15,5 m tall and has a trunk circumference of 285 cm. It belongs among the tallest trees of its kind in Slovenia.
