You can walk down Vetrinjska ulica all the way from the square Grajski trg to the main square Glavni trg, and along the way you will be see attractive shops and locals as well as other business buildings.
Until the start of the 20th century, Vetrinjska ulica was one of the most important traffic routes in the city. The traffic that passed through it went from Vienna and Gradec/Graz towards Carinthia, across the Drava Bridge towards Ljubljana and Trst/Trieste. It is for this reason, that some of the most attractive buildings in the city were built in the area (Vetrinjski dvorec - Vetrinje Castle, Nasko's House).
