The museum lies by the border panoramic hiking trail and in the vicinity of the Trails over Svečina's wine growing hills. It is located next to the Austrian wine road and it can be a nice place to visit on a Sunday afternoon hike.
From Svečina it is just a few minutes of moderate walking between the vineyards, and time will pass in the blink of an eye. If travelling by car a macadam road will lead you to the immediate vicinity of the museum.
