You are invited to the festival of popular Slovene folk music, which is set in the castle yard of Vurberk castle, one of the most beautiful medieval castles in the Podravje region!
Enriching the summer in Vurberk
The open-air amphitheatre hosts vocal-instrumental ensembles accompanied by diatonic accordion and two-voice and polyphonic singing. Each year 13 to 14 ensembles participate in the festival and they elate the audience with their performances.
Where can you find us?
You will find the remains of the gothic-renaissance castle in Vurberk on a hill, on the steep left bank of the river Drava.
