Enjoy your summer days with family and friends on the Drava embankment. Drava Center offers you the possibility of renting picnic place and barbecues, you can rent a boat, play basketball, volleyball, badminton, mini climbing wall and there is also playground available for children.

Space for up to 30 or up to 100 persons. The offer includes food and drinks by prior arrangement. A lot of activities for everyone: tennis, table tennis, football, fishing, basketball, volleyball and children's playground. In case of bad weather, tables and chairs are provided in a covered area.

The picnic area lies in a pleasant little forest in the vicinity of a little cafe. There is a bigger barbecue grill and electricity available. The meadow just invites to social games. The sports aviation club 'Letalski center Maribor' – Flight centre Maribor offers panoramic flights in a sports motor plane, grant yourself a neck-breaking acrobatic performance in a sailing plane or jump from a plane in a parachute tandem. For larger events and parties you can rent out a large part of the meadow, with the possibility of putting up tents or pavilions.

Picnic area at the Apartment house Ruševec is located near Mariborska koča (Maribor hut) on a peaceful location in the middle of Pohorje forests at 1100m altitude. Picnic terrace is illuminated, measures 300m2 and offers 60 seats on massive wooden benches with tables. There is a stone barbecue grill with running water and a work surface. There is also an indoor area in the apartment house with kitchen, pantry and toilet. Nearby is a multi-purpose lawn with children's playground. The location is an ideal base for walkers and hikers. Rental of the picnic area is only possible with overnight stay at Apartment house Ruševec.  .

Picnic area rental includes - 180m2 canopy, wooden sets, gas grill, wooden house with two refrigerators, work desk with a sink and running water, restrooms inside the sports hall and the use of multi-purpose outdoor sports field. Also available is the barbecue package - gas cylinder, 2 heater serving pots, grill accessories, board, knife, 2 large plastic bowls (for vegetable) - EUR 30. The fixed price for a group of up to 25 people (for rental only) is EUR 100, EUR 150 for up to 50 people, EUR 250 for 50 to 100 people, and EUR 300 for over 100 people. It is not allowed to bring food and drinks inside the hall and to our restaurant. You can also hire a chef - price by arrangement. We also offer “de lux” picnics - we take care of everything. Our chef prepares a barbecue grill plate by arrangement - your food is grilled and served all the time, we take care of the cutlery, plates, etc.
