The route begins in the centre of Selnica ob Dravi and continues towards Janževa Gora, which rises behind Selnica. Hikers enjoy the picturesque landscape with old farms, undisturbed natureand breathtaking views of the Drava valley and Maribor. At the top, you can admire a stunning view of the Church of the Holy Spirit on the Ostri Vrh Hill at an altitude of 903 m. It is a popular pilgrimage and hiking destination with walls offering breathtaking views. The pilgrimage to the “Holy Spirit” has always been popular. Legend says that the place where the church in the honour of the Holy Spirit stands today was selected on a rock where a white dove used to sit.
