Wine cellar with tradition
The wine cellar Brigadir with its 250 year tradition does not only offer excellent wines, but also tasty homemade food, from joints, bograč – a stew with three different meats, veal stew, jota - a special Primorska dish made from sauerkraut or turnip, beans with a drinking sausage, sausages with sauerkraut and fillet of veal to popular wintertime fresh pork and sausages. It will also be difficult to resist our apple strudel and gibanica – a special cheesecake.
Along with tasty dishes, friendly service in pleasant surroundings we will lead you on an interesting trail to acquaint you with vintage wines. We offer wines from Slovenia's wine growing districts and quality open wine.
Occasionally from our wine cellar the sound of live music can be heard, and it is especially lively on St Martin's Day.
