In Maribor you are young and young at heart, and for all those who desire entertainment you are in the right city! Here you can have a great time, dance or just relax chatting with a drink or snack in one of the many pubs and locals and clubs and discotheques, which cater for the diverse nightlife of the city centre and its surroundings.

The strongest throb of nightlife beats from the lanes in Lent, the oldest part of the city, located on the bank of the river Drava: KMŠ – Maribor Student’s Club, Piranha Cafe Bar, Tako`s, Ral bar and Niagara Falls Bar delight guests with their rich catering offers and excellent atmospheres! Music? From old pop-rock, Central American rhythms, Yugo national music, to electronic music and appearances by foreign and local disc jockeys and of course current chart hits.

From Lent you can continue your evening by going up the passage Mesarski prehod and along the street Poštna ulica to the square Slomškov trg – where you will find interesting locals that invite you to visit them at night: Patrick’s J&B Pub. Not far away are also Cassa del Piccaso and one of the oldest night clubs in the town centre Jazz klub Satchmo, which with its jazz tradition is certainly well worth visiting!

In the vicinity of the student campus you can have fun until the early hours of the morning in the factory of crazy entertainment Štuk, and Club Trust.

Don’t forget the alternatively coloured Pekarna (Gustaf, Mc Pekarna, and Supernova) on the right bank of the river Drava by the Magdalenski Park, or the multimedia local Kibar.

The night atmosphere is also enriched by the other locals in the town core: with diverse pubs, teahouses and smaller locals.
